Grades 0 – 6 subject choice form Grade 8 & 9

Level subject choice form It is advisable to complete a
subject choice form and submit it together with all Grade 7 to 9
applications. On acceptance the academic head will discuss the requested
subject choice with each student, at which time the student may make changes
and finalise the choice. Please note that minor
adjustments may be made to the forms each year, depending on the demand for
certain subjects. |
